Heavily soiled, and/or pet stained areas will require a deep scrub, and/or a pet treatment application at an additional charge.  A Cancellation fee of up to $29.95 will apply for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment date.  A flight of steps will incur a separate charge of any voucher, or any other offer. 2nd floor and above apartments are subject to an additional fee.
